Pipe organs need proper maintenance and adjustment to keep them in good working order. After two or three decades, a simple cleaning and overhaul may not be enough. In that case a restoration might be nessecary.
I do take pipe organ restoration very seriously. I restore components that have worn out and repair damage that may have occurred through improper maintenance or the use of wrong materials. I also recreate parts that might be missing. I respect the artistry and intent of the original builder, while protecting the instrument’s future by maintaining its viability in the present.
